It's a good source of calcium and phosphorus to support bone strength.
It's amazing for gut health by creating a protective layer over the gut lining, helping with IBS.
Bone broth is like the holy grail nourishing food for life, BUT If you're not a fan of sipping on bone broth, try adding these gummies into your whole body healthy routine to reap the benefits!
Ingredients
-
⅓ cup grass fed beef gelatin
-
4 cups seasonal fresh juice (no sugar added) I used natalies organic beet & orange juice.
-
Splash of honey
Directions
Add the gelatin to a medium sized bowl and add 1 cup of the juice, mix well. Allow the gelatin to sit and bloom for a few minutes.
Add 3 cups of juice to a saucepan on medium heat. Allow it to get hot but not boiling.
Carefully add the bloomed gelatin & honey to the hot juice on the stove (I like to use a large spoon to lower it into the pan so the juice doesn’t splash everywhere)
Once completely dissolved, pour into a glass baking dish. (I use a 9x13 dish for thinner gummies, or 8x8 for thicker gummies)
Allow the gummies to cool on the counter, then chill in the fridge for a couple hours.
Cut with a knife, scoop out with a stainless steel spatula and enjoy!
