Spicy Grounding Lemonade

In the winter months I love to replace my morning lemon water with this grounding fire aid.
Ingredients

½ cup fresh pressed ginger juice OR (1) 2-3 inch knob of ginger

4 lemons juiced

½ cup pure maple syrup

6 cups of filtered water

½ teaspoon cinnamon
-
1 dropper full of liquid cayenne
Directions
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend for about 30 seconds until all mixed together.
Pour a glass over ice to enjoy right away, and store in a glass pitcher in the fridge to enjoy about 6 more servings of it. The recipe fits perfectly inside this pitcher linked here.
